Position: TSP Manager

Job Objective
Manages supervisors’ operations within a single service department or across many teams to ensure the successful and timely production of quality products.
Position Description
- Lead a team of direct and indirect reports to guarantee that all TechnipFMC core principles, quality policies, and global and regional visions are adhered to.
- Manage the allocation and usage of resources for direct and indirect reports.
- During and beyond normal business hours, quickly resolve time-sensitive resource allocation concerns.
- Build effective relationships with peers, coworkers, customers, and industry representatives, as well as provide guidance and incentive to team members.
- Conduct wage planning as well as performance reviews and discussions with employees.
- Interview and hire for entry-level and experienced department positions.
- Participate in SSNAM’s cross-functional quality initiative teams.
- Create strategies to meet Key Business Objectives; create action plans and key performance measures.
- Make certain that departmental utilization rates meet or surpass departmental expectations.
- Participate in Technical Reviews in preparation for client operations execution.
- Provide status reports to facilitate the use of technical service professionals.
- Collaborate with HR on recruiting, employee relations, and initiatives to promote a happy and supportive workplace.
- Collaborate with Field Service Managers to ensure that TechnipFMC and client standards are fulfilled and followed.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree, you are qualified for this position.
- 2+ years of experience in the field is required.
- Experience in supervision and/or management.
- Demonstrated a customer-centric attitude to business.
- High standards for following and documenting business processes were demonstrated.
- Advanced leadership skills in communication, creating requirements, and identifying areas for growth were demonstrated.
- A broad functional understanding of TechnipFMC equipment and operations is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Capable of teaching, persuading, and influencing people.
- Strong communication skills in a variety of cultural settings.
- Strong ability to manage competing interests as well as difficult clients and suppliers.
- Forecasting and filling manpower and capital resource requirements
- Capability to derive solutions from information provided internally and/or externally
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback and coaching, as well as respond properly.
- Ability to create a budget and manage spending within it.
- Capability to create business plans and strategies that support a certain business segment
