Suma Rural Bank PLC is looking for qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions:

1. Branch Managers

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Oversee branch activities
  • Ability to handle branch operators within company standards
  • Safeguard all branch assets, including fixed assets, stocks, etc
  • Coordinate branch activities to ensure that they are in line with the bank’s strategic plan
  • Manage branch liquidity
  • Responsible for business development to generate deposits and increase revenue
  • Manage branch loan portfolio

2. Tellers

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Reports to the branch manager via the agency accountant.
  • Accept customer deposits;
  • Make authorized payments to customers while exercising enhanced due diligence.
  • Ensure that cash at the teller is always within the insured limit.
  • Write industry books daily,
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the branch manager and/or the agency accountant.
