Studying overseas for a higher degree can be a life-changing and rewarding experience. Financial support is an important consideration for overseas students thinking about attending the University of Manitoba.

Thankfully, the University of Manitoba offers a wide range of financial aid and awards that are especially intended to help international students meet their academic objectives. The university is aware of the financial difficulties that students must overcome.

This post will discuss the different options and provide insight into how international students can successfully navigate the University of Manitoba’s financial aid program.

About the University of Manitoba

The University of Manitoba, the first university in Western Canada and the only research-focused university in Manitoba is located on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene peoples, as well as the Métis Nation.

From all over the world, we attract people who hold the same values as us and want to see the world change for the better. Accepting challenges and making progress is something we support.

Our students, researchers, and alumni engage in critical conversations about pressing topics like climate change, global health, and human rights, and they also add their unique views to learning and discovery by inspiring creative solutions to problems. Our group serves as the link between ideas and actions.

Numerous scholarships are available from the University of Manitoba, all of which are designed to honor leadership, extracurricular activity, and academic achievement.
