Job Title: Sales Marketing Manager

Steaman Group Ltd. is a privately owned, fully integrated holding company in healthcare, cinema, real estate, hospitality, and e-commerce.

Job Description

We need a Sales and Marketing Manager. He/she will set sales goals, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage Steaman’s sales and marketing operations. We need driven, passionate, and experienced real estate sales managers!

Objectives of this role

  • Using prospecting, networking, lead generation, and closing to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Identifying market opportunities to boost sales or profit margins with new marketing strategies or products.
  • To advise clients on steaman homes, stay current on industry trends, local market conditions, and real estate changes
  • Track advertising spending and results to optimize marketing.
  • Sales activity, pipeline, and forecast reports for management.
  • Network with contractors, mortgage lenders, and attorneys.
  • Create a Steaman Heights estates sales and marketing plan.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for buyer leads, set appointments, close deals, and perform high-level fiduciary needs analyses.
  • Show Steaman homes and properties that meet client needs, help identify the best options, and help clients redefine needs as needed.
  • From initial contact to closing, advise the client on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
  • Create detailed Steaman Heights property lists and market them through open houses, ads, networking, and existing relationships.
  • Negotiate with industry professionals and clients and check contract terms.
  • Focus 70% of your activities on real estate sales and marketing, and 30% on steaman group businesses.

Competencies

  • Two years experience in real estate or related sales.
  • Relationships with mortgage banks/originators, title companies, real estate lawyers, architects, and contractors.
  • Strong digital and traditional marketing skills.
  • Good negotiation, sales, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization.
  • Proven initiative and independence.

Qualifications

  • Local property knowledge
  • Managed multiple mortgage lenders
  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree (or equivalent)
  • MLS, Salesforce, and QuickBooks experience.
  • Familiarity with Real estate law and regulations
