ROLE: Marketing & Sales Manager (Retail &Online)

Job Description

We want to hire a customer-focused marketing and sales manager to increase online and return sales of tours and to lead our team of sales reps.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will set up a sales pipeline to figure out how well sales staff and strategies are working. They will also keep up with the latest industry trends and keep good sales records.
• The candidate will be in charge of keeping an eye on how the market changes, coming up with strategies, setting up sales plans, and keeping good relationships with customers.
• Keeping an eye on sales, marketing, and advertising.
• Keeps an eye on the demand for the company’s products or services, business, and competition in the industry.
• Finds possible new customers and come up with plans to increase sales or market share.
• Meeting the monthly company goals, both online and in stores.
• Putting together, going over, and finishing sales proposals.
• Using social media to get people interested in your brand and spread the word about it.
• Putting together reports on sales forecasts and sending them to management.
• Creating good sales strategies to help the company sell more.

Skills or Experience Needed

• It is best to have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a similar field.
• Sales or marketing experience that has been proven.
• All Microsoft Office programs and marketing software are used well.
• Good understanding of how to measure sales and marketing.
• The ability to predict what customers will do.
• Strong skills in analyzing and solving problems.
• Excellent ability to organize things and keep track of time.
• Effective ways to talk to people.
• Customer service skills that are second to none.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle many projects with different priorities at once.
• Email marketing is done very well, and the use of chimps is a plus.
  Understand the goals and strategies of marketing.
