Senior Business Developer at Nestlé
Minimum Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in accounting, finance, IT, data analytics, or economics
Minimum relevant work experience: At least 3 years of experience with Power BI and Data analytics skills.

Nestlé CWAR is looking for a Senior Business Developer to work with End to End (E2E)Leads, Process Optimizers, Automation Partners, Market and Business leaders to design, build, and deliver reports and analytics solutions that simplify and automate relevant processes. From translated data, give management key figures that are based on facts. Make sure automation solutions are built, tested, deployed, and kept up to date.
One Day in the Life.
- Using Power BI, you can come up with insightful solutions to help businesses make decisions.
- Make a new solution to meet the business stakeholders’ needs.
- Make sure that the best practices of markets can be shared and used in other markets.
- Give other NBS team members learning tools and automation for data analytics
- Help make sure that learning materials are always getting better.
- Help markets learn how to use tools for self-service reporting and surveying.
- Pay close attention to local and global projects.
- Identify future enhancements
- Set up a schedule for how often robots will be sent out
- Help the local Business Solution Automation (BSA) team train people on how to use the new solutions.
What will help you do well?
- Working together with End to Ends (E2Es) and Management to meet shared project goals (e.g. leadership effectiveness, Sales Analytics etc.)
- Can create a data science model, such as a predictive model using Python, R, or another language.
- Prefer people who can code in R, Java Script, and so on.
- Experience managing stakeholders at the highest levels of an organization
- Able to talk to business leaders and professionals about complex statistical analysis and automation.
- Experience using both qualitative and quantitative advanced analytical techniques to solve business problems
- Shown the ability to adapt to different situations by applying general rules and methods to specific ones
