Sales & Marketing Manager Needed at a Manufacturing Company
A fast-growing manufacturing Company located in Tema, which deals in Roofing products, is looking for qualified and motivated talents to oversee the Sales & Marketing of the company:
Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Develop, implement and manage the sales & marketing strategy by Training and developing field Marketers
- Secondly, Manage all social media channels, regional outlets liaise and work closely with digital marketing and agencies
- Thirdly, Ensure the achievement of monthly or annual targets by developing and maintaining a consistent corporate image and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channels
- Moreover, Maintain effective internal marketing communications by communicating the status of orders and feedback on eventualities to customers on daily basis
- Additionally, Liaise with production team on the progress of client orders and make sure finished orders are dispatched on time.
- Then, Creation, implementation and management of the marketing activities as well as follow up on customers to close sales as well as support the Sales and Marketing Officers to finalise orders.
- Afterwards, Identify product improvements / new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitor trends.
- Finally, Market products by developing & implementing new market and advertising campaigns (plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, branding of new offices and prepares report)
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in Service/digital marketing
- Imanufacturing or particularly within the industry Demonstrable experience in leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform, and motivate
- Minimum of 6 years working experience
- Experience in manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage
- Driving licence is essential for this job
