POSITION: Sales & Marketing Officer
Position Description
Our client, a real estate development and facilities management firm is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Officer to join their team. You will be primarily responsible for marketing, sales prospecting, client management, social media management, and digital selling for sustainability and business growth, reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Calling, networking, and using social media to actively search for new sales prospects.
- Conduct market research to uncover potential selling opportunities and assess client needs.
- Organize and respond to business presentations on property inventory, seminars, and workshops.
- To maximize sales, schedule meetings with potential and existing clients and listen to their desires and problems.
- Negotiate and close transactions with future and current clients, as well as resolve any complaints.
- Create regular sales and financial data assessments and reports.
- Ensure that properties are available for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.
- Gather customer or prospect input and share it with internal teams to make educated business decisions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing, or a related subject is required.
- Three (3) years of experience in the same or a similar capacity is required.
- It is required to have a proven track record of sales experience in the Real Estate/Insurance industry.
- Must be fluent in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and capable of managing social media accounts.
- Working knowledge of CRM, Canva, and Adobe products is a plus.
- Have a solid understanding of marketing and negotiating strategies.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Should be self-motivated, results-driven, a quick learner, and have a strong desire to sell.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
- It is advantageous to be fluent in English and other languages.
