We are searching for a Finance Clerk to handle various administrative chores. Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining financial records, preparing bills, and providing excellent customer service. We’re searching for someone with a good attention to detail, strong arithmetic skills, and the ability to multitask well. You should also be a trustworthy and effective communicator. Your goal will be to keep our accounting procedures running smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare bills, cheques, receipts, and other papers.
  • Ensure that all documents are correctly signed and disseminated.
  • Verify financial and other details (such as tax identification numbers).
  • Monitor financial transactions.
  • Enter data and keep updated records.
  • Assist with account reconciliation.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Report the status of accounts and inconsistencies.

Required Qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree or other relevant certification.

Requirements and talents

  • Understanding of basic financial transactions
