Job title: Driver
JOB PURPOSE
The Driver is in charge of making sure that the transportation service is safe, reliable, and polite. The role reports to the Administrative Manager.
ROLE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT
- Drive the car you were given in a safe and polite way.
- Maintain defensive driving.
- Keep the inside and outside of the assigned car(s) clean.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of trip sheets, customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports, and other records as asked by management.
- Do small maintenance jobs on the vehicle(s) you’re in charge of as needed.
- Fill up the assigned vehicles and do any other tasks given.
Skills or Experience Needed
- WASSCE
- Must have a minimum of 3 years work experience
- Must be at least 30 years old and have a clean driving record.
- A Class B OR C license to drive
PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT
- High moral values
- Group Player
- Good personal hygiene
- Engagement and the ability to follow a code of conduct
- Good communication skills in writing and in person
