We are seeking experienced Field Sales Associates to attract new clients, and win new accounts, and maximize profitability for PayPecker within his or her sales territory in Ghana. Successful candidates will work with prospects through the entire sales funnel, including, generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Leverages our current sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
- Identifies, qualifies, and close new opportunities, getting them to sign up on PayPecker’s platform
- Accelerates customer adoption of our technology solution offerings.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
Requirements
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience selling a technology product will be an added advantage but not a must
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
