Role Summary
A golden technical sales opportunity exists within Flowserve Accra Ghana. The position entails managing key accounts within Ghana and Nigeria countries as well as business development from engineering firms. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysis of business needs and definition of Customers requirements in conjunction with the Applications Engineering team to determine technical requirements for any project work. He or she will work with the Engineering team to convey requirements to the Customer and provide insight into the technical options available for Pumps, Mechanical Seals and Valves.Responsibilities & Requirements: Responsibilities:
- Managing key accounts within Ghana and Nigeria countries
- Respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
- Communicate effectively with customers and Flowserve business units and QRCs at various organizational levels located globally
- Read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
- Comply with Company Policies and procedures and maintain company image
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Hydraulic or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years Sales experience on Pump, Seals and Valves
- English fluent,
- Able to interpret industry standards, technical drawings and manufacturing procedures
- Proven track record of selling, building, and/or deploying technology solutions.
- Proven experience in providing basic to complex Pump, Seals and/or Valves system solutions to customers
Preferred Experience / Skills
- French language would be a plus.
