OECD 2023 Paid Internship Programme for Students
Applications from interested and qualified students (graduates and undergraduates) are now being accepted for the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Internships Program in order to develop the necessary knowledge and skills in pertinent fields and position themselves as potential employees.
The goal of the OECD Internship Program is to recruit highly motivated and competent students from a variety of backgrounds to work on initiatives related to the Secretary-strategic General’s orientations and to support organizational operations.
Details of the Internship
- Organization/Company: OECD
- Location of Internship: Paris, France
- Internship time: six to twelve months
- Many slots are open.
- Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate
- All nationalities are represented.
The Program
The Internship Program is always accepting applications. Online applications are only accepted from students who will be enrolled in a fully authorized degree program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.) for the whole time of their internship. Until further notice, chosen interns are onboarded remotely and in a hybrid format.
Its main objective is to provide qualified applicants with the chance to develop their technical and analytical abilities in a global setting. The internship will last for a minimum of one month and a maximum of six months, or a total of twelve months, on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
2023 BAYER FOUNDATION FELLOWSHIP (UP TO €10,000)
Successful candidates for internships in corporate functions will work in one of the following fields:
- Audit
- Communications, Media & Public Relations
- Event Management
- Finance, Budget and Accounting
- Information Technology
- Legal services
- Office Administration
- Human Resources
- Translation

Requirements
Application requirements for the OECD Internship Programme for Students include the following:
- Applicants who are enrolled full-time in a degree program in a subject area associated with the OECD’s activity during the internship;
- Are available for at least a one-month internship;
- Possess a solid command of one of the two OECD official languages (French or English), and have some knowledge of, or be eager to study, the other.
- It would be advantageous to have knowledge of other languages spoken at the OECD;
- Possess strong IT and quantitative skills;
- Great communication and drafting abilities;
- Are able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and global team setting.
