1. Power Systems Sales Engineer
Main duties and responsibilities
- Follows business financial policy when executing Power, Generating Set sales.
- Submits call reports to management.
- Follows up with clients and provides feedback.
- Delivers successful sales and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular account updates and feedback to customers.
- Collect debts on time.
- Maintain a sales diary with customer information, orders, invoices, and debts. Record all transactions in SALESFORCE.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Customer networking skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid driving licence.
2. IT Systems Administrator
Main duties and responsibilities
- Support computer systems and networks
- Manage Active Directory
- Optimize system performance
- Train users on equipment use
- Install and troubleshoot communications hardware and software
- Train users on new technology
- Support CAT software licensing
- Provide remote user support
Qualifications & Experience
- CCNA or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers and Networking
- Experience with Cisco Routing and Switching
- Bachelor’s degree from an authorized university.
