Position Description
The primary responsibility of this post is to lead the Process Engineering function in the Brewery. Optimize the generation and use of all utilities throughout the process. Identifying and implementing strategies to achieve step-change performance improvement and process stability in order to reach full process capability
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Use engineering principles to help the brewing and E&F production teams achieve peak plant performance.
- Assist with situational and systemic problem solutions.
Implement process optimization activities that have been identified. - Carry out the identified process capability studies.
- Design assistance for regional capital projects
- Aid in the completion of regional capital projects
- Lead modest CAPIN initiatives in breweries and/or E&F plants; mentor process engineering trainees
- Assist in the identification and closure of technological gaps in the brewing and E&F industries.
- Manage, coordinate, and carry out improvement programs to guarantee that the brewing and E&F plant and processes are optimized.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required.
checked it out 3 – 5 Years of Experience as a Process Engineer - Understanding of problem-solving methodologies and process optimization
E&F and brewing plant knowledge, process controls, and automation, design, and commissioning - Analytical skills that are rigorous and capable of being applied to difficult challenges
- Capability to create project plans and adhere to project deadlines
- Multitasking ability Work on his/her own initiative
