POSITION: Manager – Technical Operations
An intriguing new position has become available at a well-known worldwide insurance firm. To ensure the smooth supply of brokerage services, the Manager of Technical Operations will oversee and lead the technical production activities.
Responsibilities
- Set up appropriate insurance coverage for clients.
- Policy structure, conditions, and costs should be negotiated with insurance carriers.
- Perform technical risk assessments and make recommendations
- Ensure that all pre- and post-renewal reports for clients are supplied on time in accordance with the company’s established protocol.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification for an Advanced Diploma in Insurance
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant or general insurance or insurance brokerage experience is required.
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry (Ghana and Worldwide)
