1. Compliance Head
Responsibilities
- Create a budget that is linked to tactical delivery plans to ensure enough financial resources.
- Identify, drive, and implement concepts, policies, processes, standards, and frameworks to improve sales, increase profits, and manage future fit practices.
- Analyse information and reports to find trends, contradictions, and inconsistencies for decision-making.
- Create compliance, regulatory, and tactical strategy plans to integrate practice formulation, ensuring operational execution and adaptation across different practices for methodology, governance, and delivery goals.
- Manage compliance risk assessment, including control validation, and provide independent oversight of risk management activities performed by the first line of defence.
- Foster collaborative relationships across business areas and groups.
- Manage teams in areas of responsibility to meet performance targets and achieve human capital goals.
Experience and Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or equivalent discipline with compliance certifications.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in a similar environment, including 2 to 3 years at the management level.
2. Relationship Analyst
Responsibilities
- Year-on-year revenue growth compared to the budget for the team portfolio.
- Achieving a great customer experience in accordance with Balanced Scorecard criteria.
- Manage the expansion of active customer accounts to increase the client base.
- Maximize business portfolio cross-selling potential and build client connections.
- Convert recognition leads to effective sales.
- meet each individual’s goals as set forth by the relevant business sector or sales plan.
- Adhere to governance in terms of legislative and audit standards.
- Manage the percentage of facility documents that are outstanding more than 60 days after renewal, as measured by the Collateral team per BS Team / region based on approved facilities and submitted documents.
Experience and Qualifications
- Required qualifications: business degree, banking certification, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.
