1. Head of Controlling – Ghana & Francos
The Head of Controlling – GH & Francos Manager will work with the Country Manager and the local topline team to establish a strategy per category and brand, as well as an action plan, to meet the specified targets. In this position, you will report directly to the Finance Director – SSA.
The post is permanent and headquartered in Accra, Ghana.
About You
- Master’s degree in accounting or finance. CPAs are recommended, but not essential.
- A minimum of ten years of finance and accounting experience in a multinational company, encompassing finance, business control, accounting, auditing, and analysis (including gathering, assessing, presenting, and reporting financial information to management and external stakeholders).
- Solid experience directing audit efforts, managing reporting, budget preparation and analysis, general ledger, and investment accounting.
- Proactive, hands-on manager who will take ownership of projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with others both internally and externally.
- Change management prepared for the Integrated Business Services roadmap.
The Sales Operations Manager will be in charge of optimizing sales processes, adopting sales technologies, and ensuring that the sales force works efficiently to promote business growth and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will report directly to the Customer Development & Sales Operations Lead.
The post is permanent and headquartered in Accra, Ghana.
About you
- You have advanced expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Jet Analytics.
- Talent with good transferrable abilities for prospective transition to Sales or Finance function in the near future.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management ability to collect and organize information clearly and precisely, allowing for quick and suitable decisions
- Articulate, and debate logically and clearly, showing that they value their clients and that they are reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
