1 . L1 Applications Support Engineer
Needed Qualifications and Experience
- A lot of experience in the same role or a similar one.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related technical field.
- Two to four years of useful experience in L1 technical customer support with strong customer interaction experience.
- Know how to fix bugs.
- Want to be on a team that works hard and wins.
2 . Indirect Sales Supervisor – Accra West
Needed Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in any field from a college or university, or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in marketing, business studies, or a similar field.
- At least two years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in FMCG, and a background in running a business.
- Knowledge of IT programs like Microsoft Office, Distribution Management Systems, and so on.
- It is important to be able to speak and write English in a clear and concise way.
