POSITION: Client Service Manager (Branch Manager)

Job Purpose

To give leadership to a team of branch staff to achieve the branch’s social and business objectives.

Principal Responsibilities

• To provide effective leadership for the branch’s day-to-day operations.
• To guarantee that operational policies/systems are followed and properly implemented.
• To guarantee that appropriate training programs for personnel are carried out in order to strengthen and refresh their abilities in microfinance administration.
• To ensure that the branch is always profitable and that all impact goals are met.
• To submit the branch’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, portfolio, and impact reports.

Required Qualifications or Experience

• Bachelor University Degree, preferably in Business with a focus on Microfinance/Development Finance, or knowledge of specialized principles or techniques equivalent to those obtained through a college/university academic program or in-depth specialized training program directly related to the work to be performed.
• 2 years of experience in Regional/Area Management
• 5 years of work experience at a financial institution.
• Must have strong business development skills and be able to communicate well with people from various backgrounds.
• Must be well-versed in microfinance methodology, products, and services.
• Must be well familiar with VF Ghana’s key objectives and business approach.
  Dynamic, imaginative, and self-motivated individuals are required.
• Must be eager and capable of working well under pressure, as well as goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• You must be a devout Christian.
