Job Title: Marketing and Customer Solution Lead
Key objective
Focus on growth and profit while running the business. Look for business synergies, start new businesses, and make new choices. The person who gets the job will be in charge of promoting and marketing all of the Parts and Service Division’s products, such as Mid-life, Remans, CES, Care agreements, Multibrand, Remote monitoring, Fluids & Rockhose, and newly released products.
With feedback from the market, come up with customer solutions that will help customers and make money for Epiroc.
Main Responsibilities
Also, develop and improve performance in terms of sales, profit, and operation efficiency, and shall:
- Make aftermarket support more profitable as a whole.
- Make sure that our plan to get more customers for the Parts and Services Division works.
- Promote The key to completing projects and projects 50 successfully and hitting the expected goals
- Make products that fit the market and make sure they meet Epiroc’s standards.
- Make running cost models for equipment that are up to date. Teams for big-ticket items and service contracts
- Use up-to-date fleet management to look for business opportunities and ways to help customers.
- Information about pricing, how well a product does, and who else is in the market
- Also, grow the business by making and putting into action territory management plans all the time.
- Help new customers and customers you already have set up and build an efficient inventory.
- Promoting customer stock and VMI solutions by building a business package to support customer fleets on-site.
- Work hard to position the brand in line with PSD’s strategy.
- Increase customer satisfaction by taking steps to fix problems found in NPS surveys (and/or through other means).
- Focus on putting the customer first by knowing what they want, what they need, and how to meet those needs.
- Plan and run product campaigns that will bring in more business.
- Help with inventory control by keeping 2% of inventory is old or moves slowly.
- Surveys of customer satisfaction
- 24/7 customer support
- Feedback on customer data in a systematic way
Skills, knowledge, and experience
- Degree in Engineering/Marketing
- Five years of work in a similar job
- Ability to make plans and run things
- Knowledge of EPIROC and competitor equipment and support products for the aftermarket
- Computer literate (Excel)
- Customer-focused and have some background in customer service, planning, and sales.
- Must have a mechanical or electrical engineering background and at least 5 years of experience in mine maintenance or a role that is similar.
