ROLE: Wellbore Intervention Field Supervisor

Job Purpose
As a Wellbore Intervention Field Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting our field activities in the designated district. You will be a significant factor in the operation of the majority of wellbore intervention applications.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the following as a Wellbore Intervention Field Supervisor:
- Preparing and monitoring the Wellsite Intervention operation.
- Mechanical and application expertise with Wellbore Intervention product lines such as retrievable packers, fishing, casing escape, and wellbore cleanout are provided.
- Competence in running a variety of medium to high-risk applications in the Wellbore Intervention Product Group.
- Coordination and supervision of your team’s activities through assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support
- In a timely manner, provide expense estimates and revenue forecasts to consumers and businesses.
Qualification and Experience Required
To be successful in this position, you must:
- A two-year technical qualification or an associate’s degree is required.
- Have at least 10 years of experience as a Wellbore Intervention Field Specialist (Fishing, Casing Exits, Wellbore Cleanup, and Thru-Tubing Fishing).
- Have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others
- Must have substantial experience in a similar level function.
- Have strong math skills and an understanding of hydraulics.
- Be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

This role has a work rotation of 40 days on and 40 days off.
