POSITION: Bancassurance Sales Manager

Position Description
Individually responsible for managing sales support operations to guarantee profitability and meet corporate targets.
- Develop and implement efficient sales tactics to maximize insurance product distribution through the Ecobank Ghana branch network.
- Lead, train, and motivate the Bancassurance sales team in order for them to meet their individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and maintain solid working connections with Ecobank Ghana’s key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and other relevant staff.
- Assure that the sales team is knowledgeable on Old Mutual’s insurance products and services, and give frequent training and updates to keep them up to date on product changes and upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and sales metrics on a regular basis, and take proactive efforts to enhance performance and address any difficulties that arise.
- Ensure that all sales operations adhere to industry norms and compliance standards, while also offering guidance and support to the team.
- Keep up-to-date on market changes, competitive products, and consumer preferences to identify growth possibilities and adjust sales methods accordingly.
- Prepare and present to the Head of Bancassurance sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Maintain strong client connections by responding to requests, addressing problems, and offering exceptional service.
Requirements
- A relevant degree in insurance or business is required.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry with a demonstrated track record of great performance is required.
