ROLE TITLE: Sales Representative
DUTIES
- Assist with store sales
- Stay current on customer needs and purchasing preferences.
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of the products and services supplied.
- In charge of the general sanitation of the company shop’s internal and external premises.
- Ensure that all shop equipment functions properly at all times, immediately reporting any concerns that require management’s attention.
- Ensure that products sold off the shelves are continually replenished on the shop floor.
- Obey Company regulations and standards, such as those governing the safekeeping of Company assets and property, security, and record-keeping procedures.
Please Report any issues or concerns as they arise. - Perform any additional duties that may be assigned to you.
- Conduct regular inventories.
- Stay current on the latest sales trends and best practices.
- Showcase, market, and sell products to current and future customers.
- Keep contact lists updated and follow up with customers to maintain relationships.
- Handles consumer complaints and inquiries.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- SHS graduate, diploma, HND, or degree
- One to three years experience in a comparable or same position
- Proficiency in English
- Communication and negotiation abilities
