Role: CHEF
AN EXPERIENCED CHEF IN A VARIETY OF DISHES INCLUDING LOCAL DISHES, SALAD AND HEALTHY DISHES FOR AN EXECUTIVE IS REQUIRED IN ACCRA, TESANO RESIDENTIAL AREA
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making sure that all the food is of high quality and is served on time.
- Planning the menu means keeping in mind the budget and what ingredients are in season.
- Also, Taking care of everything in the kitchen.
- Getting the kitchen staff to work together and helping them as needed.
- Staff is being taught how to prepare and cook all the food on the menu.
- Keeping track of the ingredients and tools you have and placing orders to get more.
- Using rules about safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Adding new recipes to the menu to keep things interesting.
- Keeping up with changes in the business world.
- Getting feedback and making changes where they are needed.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma from a cooking school.
- Having worked as a chef in the past.
- Knowledge of how to cook at a high level.
- Cleanliness and quality control that strive for perfection.
- A collection of creative and different dishes.
SALARY: GHC 5000 PLUS FREE ACCOMMODATION
