At Eni, we’re looking for a Maintenance Superintendent in the Western Region of south Ghana, which is part of Eni Ghana. You will be in charge of finding the right maintenance technologies, practices, and programs based on how well the equipment works and how it is kept up at our Onshore Receiving Facility (ORF) and the data you find there.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of Eni Ghana’s maintenance team, you will be in charge of:
- Expertise in maintenance engineering to fix problems with performance
- Maintenance analysis (criticality, failure, etc.) and the Maintenance database should be correct, updated on time, and have good technical quality overall.
- Creating operational procedures for field maintenance based on company rules and international best practices
- Maintaining an updated maintenance database
- Preventive and foreseeing maintenance Details about how things work
Requirements
This is your chance if you have these skills and meet these requirements:
- English skills at the intermediate level Preferred: Intermediate level of the local language
- Oil & Gas Industry experience maintenance policies definition experience
- Courses – Maintenance advanced course
- Offshore survival course, which is required if your job requires you to work offshore.
- CMMS Production Operations: Maintenance Management, Predictive Maintenance, Operation/Maintenance Advice on maintenance operations: mechanical maintenance, telecommunications maintenance, instrumentation maintenance, electrical maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
- Maintenance engineering: CMMS activities, maintenance engineering, maintenance system auditing, maintenance advice during the project phase, knowledge of reliability/availability analysis techniques, and knowledge of maintenance systems and policies.
- Professional Know-How: Expertise in engineering for the specialized task
- Processes of an organization: Internal Standard, Feedback development and spread, Technical audit and Design Review, Management of Documentation
- Standard ISO, TQM, and Quality system (supports and technologies), Technical requirements, and Compliance with Standards: Quality, Health, Safety, and the Environment
- School Grades Education in technology
