Job Title: Sales Representative

Overview

To use Sales Business Plans and in-store Fundamentals with customers in a given territory or channel to get as many people to buy our brands as possible and meet the company’s sales goals.

Responsibilities

In-store Execution

• Deliver better in-store basics in line with our goals so that we can sell as many of our brands as possible.
• Execute Sales Business Plans flawlessly to achieve targeted business volume and in-store fundamental objectives.

Account penetration

• Build and keep strong relationships with customers to help and achieve the sales fundamentals you want.

Territory Coverage

• Make sure that all of the stores you are responsible for are visited at the agreed-upon times to keep the store’s basics in place, meet volume goals, and get the desired measures of productivity.
• Find new and possible customers in the assigned territory and suggest that they be added to the coverage plan so that sales volume and in-store fundamentals results are maximized.

Market Intelligence

• Tell management about anything that a customer or a competitor does that could affect our business so that the right steps can be taken.

Business Process and SOP

Follow all of the related HFS CBD SOPs to make sure that business goes smoothly and that the operation works well.

Working culture

• Live the company values and Principles in-order to ensure that the company values are upheld.

Qualifications:

• University Graduate
