Lycopodium is seeking an Infrastructure Supervisor to join our expanding Construction team in Ahafo North.
The Infrastructure Supervisor will be responsible for building and maintaining all aspects of the buildings and grounds where they operate, as well as managing employees, coordinating schedules, and enforcing all property policies to ensure compliance with Company, Client, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
The tasks you’ll perform
- Attending all mandatory meetings, training, and in-services, as well as being open to professional and personal improvement,.
- Every other day, I work with construction workers to guarantee adequate housekeeping on the job site.
- Checking grounds, buildings, MSA, and plants, and noting the need for repairs and replacements as needed.
The expertise you’ll bring
- Planning and carrying out a preventative maintenance program; training new staff; maintaining proper amounts of maintenance supplies; and keeping records and creating reports are all responsibilities.
- Provide specialized advice in certain areas of expertise.
- Strong knowledge and experience in all aspects of construction technology are required.
- Show your capacity to work independently and effectively with colleagues from all business areas.
