POSITION: MFS Project Manager

The MFS Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of Mobile Financial Services projects.
Responsibility includes a variety of initiatives such as EWP deployment, major upgrades, capacity expansion, and demand management delivery.
The position reports to the Head of MMEA, MFS PMO.
What You’re Going to Do
- You will create the project plan baseline by defining the project scope, securing critical resources, and planning and supervising all activities.
- Drive project execution by monitoring and managing changes, disputes, and key issues!
- Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationships by instilling confidence and trust, and monitor project progress by scheduling meetings and customer events.
- Handle project finance, including financial system monitoring and cost control.
- Develop the business by taking part in contract preparation and pre-sales meetings.
- Develop the Project Management subject area by using creative ideas to simplify procedures, methods, and tools.
- Adjust working methods to local customs while keeping the Code of Conduct and local OHS and safety standards in mind.
- Maintain compliance and ethics while modeling exceptional leadership behaviors.
- Stimulate assist sales lead creation and keep the MFS sales funnel full.
- Support major customer issues in accordance with the matrix defined at the function level.
You’ll bring
- 5–10 years of Project Management experience in the ICT or FinTech industries
- Experience delivering complicated financial, banking, or IT integration systems. 5+ Years
- Capable of managing resource planning and competency development
- Result-oriented with a customer-first mentality
- Capability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams while empowering and identifying chances for collaboration.
- Can deal with tense and uncertain situations
- Excellent delivery abilities
- A PMP or Prince 2 certification will be necessary.
- Agile certification (Scrum Master, for example) and DevOps experience are advantageous.
- MFS and IT System Integration (APIs, Integration…) domain experience
- Financial knowledge and analysis abilities
- Understanding of Business
- Skills in Consultative Selling
- Insights on Customers and the Market
- Negotiation, persuasion, and influencing abilities
- Project Management Capabilities
- OHS stands for Occupational Health and Safety.
