Job Title: Project Manager MFS
About this Opportunity

The MFS Project Manager is in charge of making sure that projects for Mobile Financial Services are completed.
What you Will Do?
- You will set up the base plan for the project by defining the project’s scope, getting the necessary tools, and planning and overseeing all activities.
- Drive project execution: keep track of project activities, changes, disagreements, and important issues, and deal with them!
- Handle customer and partner involvement by managing customer relationships, building confidence and trust, making sure the project is moving forward, and setting up meetings and customer events.
- Handle project financing: make sure the financial system is being watched and that costs are being kept in check.
- Help the business grow by taking part in the planning of contracts and pre-sales meetings.
- Improve the Project Management field by coming up with creative ways to make processes, methods, and tools easier to use.
- Change the way you work to fit local norms and take the Code of Conduct and local OHS and safety laws into account.
- Make sure that everyone is following the rules and doing the right thing, and lead by example.
- Help sales efforts generate leads and keep the MFS sales funnel in good shape.
- Help customers with important issues based on the matrix set up at the job level.
You’ll bring about
- 5–10 years of project management experience in the ICT or FinTech fields
- Experience with complicated financial, banking, or IT tools that integrate. 5+ Years
- Good at managing resources and getting better at things
- Focused on getting things done and putting customers first.
- Ability to lead cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, giving people the power to work together and looking for ways to do so.
- Can handle conditions that are hard or unclear
- Strong ability to give
- PMP Certification or Prince 2 Certification will be needed.
- A Scrum Master certification and DevOps skills are both good.
- Domain experience: Integration of MFS and IT Systems (APIs, Integration…)
- Financial Knowledge and the Ability to Analyze
- Business Understanding
- Consultative Selling Skills
- Customers and the Market:
- Skills for negotiating, persuading, and influencing
- Project Management Skills
- Health and safety at work (OHS)
