Responsibilities

• Using professional knowledge to help care for patients and give advice to younger doctors.
• Taking care of routine tasks and managing risks.
• Making sure that the highest levels of care for patients are kept.
• Checking out complicated findings and making treatment plans easier.
• Hiring, managing, and mentoring healthcare workers, as well as working with experts.
• Managing the amounts that have been given out and finding ways to improve inpatient care.
• Keeping up with changes in the field and helping with programs for medical study.
• Making sure that healthcare rules and safety standards are followed.
• Reporting to senior management and coordinating between administrative and medical workers.
• Making sure that the way medical records are kept is consistent and correct.

Qualification & Experience

• M.B. Ch.B.
• Valid MDC license
• At least 4 years post qualification experience
• Experience in healthcare business development is an added advantage
