Job Title: Cashier
Job Role
We need a Cashier to handle all customer transactions in an accurate and efficient way.
Cashiers have to take the money and give receipts, as well as keep track of all cash and credit transactions. To do well in this job, you should have worked in customer service before and have a good understanding of how cash registers work. You should also be able to work some shifts in the evenings and on the weekends.
In the end, you’ll make sure that all transactions go smoothly and help us keep customers happy as much as possible.
Job Responsibilities
- Keeping track of the transaction and putting it in the system
- Getting checks and bills back from banks.
- putting all bills and checks that were returned in a way that makes them easy to find so they can be collected.
- Helping the credit department get and look over Alex customers’ retail credit contracts and guarantees.
- Shows the right way to act and helps build a good team spirit.
- Taking money from customers who pay in cash and putting it in the company’s safe.
- Help the collector get in touch with customers to set up quick appointments to get the money back.
- Actively looks for ways to learn, both formally and informally, and picks up best practices from others and shares them. Show that you care about his or her plans and needs for growth.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or college degree; qualifications and skills needed:
- Minimum Experience: Need at least one year of retail experience

- Friendly and upbeat spirit
- Skills in customer service and talking to people
- Schedule, tasks, and priorities are changed quickly when needed to meet business needs.
- How to do simple math
- Attention to detail
