ROLE: Assistant Manager – Manager -Human Capital

Key Responsibilities:
- Determine customer requirements, deliver sales presentations, and create proposals and tenders.
- Engagement project management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Complete key initiatives and programs. Working directly with customers to enhance their remuneration practices, policies, and processes as part of a team or managing teams in quality delivery under tight timelines and according to client objectives will be required.
- In project delivery, use excellent data analysis abilities and best practice information.
Client representatives (Board, Exco, Remco, HR/Reward Executives) should be informed of the engagement results. - Contribute to client challenges by solving complicated client issues using your expertise and experience.
- Analyze customer needs and recommendations using experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology.
- Work with a diverse set of stakeholders and establish yourself as a subject matter expert within client organizations and among peers.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice by engaging in internal networking and promoting new business opportunities.
- Development of a proposal.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have an appropriate degree and 8 years of consulting or business experience.
- Certification as an HR professional is required.
Solid business understanding and the ability to demonstrate the following skillset:
- Numerate with excellent MS Excel skills
- Experience in a variety of remuneration functions, including but not limited to benchmarking, the development and implementation of remuneration strategies and policies, and dealing with fixed and variable pay design and implementation.
- Experience managing client relationships and teams Excellent facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills
