ROLE: LEAD – Field Engineer 

Our Field Engineer Early Career Program encourages and guides recent graduates via career-defining experiences. This program takes about 36 months to complete and involves you in assisting clients in finding and producing energy more effectively. Graduates of the program will be able to make innovative and meaningful contributions to our future.

This initiative will begin in the year of 2024. We review applications early but will keep the positions open until they are filled. Please apply before October 31, 2023, for the best chance of success.

Responsibilities

As a Field Engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our on-site personnel and the client. You will work technically and professionally as a team leader to guarantee that equipment is correctly installed, maintained, and started. You will help develop dependable, high-quality support for our clients by making inventive vital contributions to our future. As a Field Engineer in our Early Career Program, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordination with crew members to provide tools and services, including customer liaison and liaison with shore-based Operations Managers.
  • Participating in the solving of challenging technological problems by performing hands-on work at the rig location
  • Preparation, documentation, and receipt of outbound and inbound equipment and products, including products to and from the well site
  • Providing tender support, including data analysis and cost estimations, as well as invoicing activities
  • Participating in job shadowing opportunities to gain a comprehensive grasp of the industry.

Qualifications Required

To be successful in this position, you must:

  • Have just graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields), Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or a related field.
  • Have a GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 (or the equivalent).
  • You must be fluent in both written and spoken English and have great communication abilities.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, as well as a talent for teamwork and the capacity to mentor others.
  • Good leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills, as well as data analysis and project management talents, are required.
  • You must be able to work lawfully in the nation where you are applying, without employer sponsorship or time constraints.
