The Role
- Set up a good way for the top management team, other employees, and outside parties to talk to each other (as required).
- In terms of logistics, make sure that all visitors follow the same rules.
- Help the senior management team with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Serve as the Secretary for the meetings of the Management.
- Track the action items from the last management meeting and follow up with the owners of those action items to get feedback that can be shared with the right people.
- Keep the senior management team’s schedules up to date and set up meetings and appointments.
- Plan and coordinate travel plans for the senior management team with HR.
- Watch over the senior management team’s office supplies.
- When asked, make reports, presentations, and briefings for the top management team.
- As a volunteer for the TAG Education Trust Foundation, you will organize monthly donations to the orphanage that the Foundation has adopted, as well as any other tasks that are reasonable and related to the Foundation.
- Help the Office of Student Affairs plan Graduation Ceremonies.
- Coordinate all events that have to do with Senior Management.
Skills or Experience Needed
- A good first degree from a university with a good name.
- At least two years of work in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of systems and procedures for running an office.
- Great skills with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Excellent skills in planning, organizing, keeping track of time, and setting priorities.
- Both verbal and written communication skills are very good.
- Able to do more than one thing well and efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Health and safety requirements.
