International students can apply for the 2023 German Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Scholarship Program. Thus, Master’s and Doctoral students are encouraged to apply.

Scholarship details:

The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) promotes democracy, the rule of law, social and market-economic institutions, and human rights in Europe and worldwide.

KAS awards international students and graduates scholarships to study and research at German institutions in accordance with these values. KAS promotes intercultural conversation, international networks, and university and science internationalization through this program.

In 2023, KAS offices in Turkey, Singapore, and South Caucasus will have regional scholarship selection sessions. KAS expects its former scholars to improve their home country’s connection with Germany.

KAS features scholars from 55 nations studying law, sciences, music, and medicine.

Scholarship Benefits:

• Financial aid, mentoring, a global network, and seminars help students develop academically and personally through the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung scholarship program. Master’s and postgraduate students receive €861 and PhD students €1,200 monthly for two and three years.
• The scholarship covers a monthly stipend, health insurance, family allowance, and children’s allowance. Ph.D. students might receive up to €1,500 per semester for course costs and research stays abroad.
• Scholars receive ideational help from university faculty, seminars, and local university clubs. The seminar curriculum includes training and coaching seminars to improve researchers’ soft skills and interdisciplinary subjects on national, European, and international historical, political, economic, and social issues. Local university groups help academics adjust and offer a variety of activities.
• Over 14,000 previous scholars remain connected to the foundation and its present scholars. Former scholars can participate in political, economic, scientific, and social endeavors through the alumni network.

UNIVERSITY OF TASMANIA 2023 INTERNATIONAL WOMEN IN MARITIME ENGINEERING SCHOLARSHIP

Eligibility Requirements:

International students and graduates who hold a university degree and want to study at a German university for at least four semesters can apply for the Scholarship Program for International Students.

Application guidelines

• having a university degree, as we do not sponsor bachelor studies,
• Have above-average academic performance 3: Know German (B2-level)
• actively volunteer
• want to study at a German university for at least four semesters,
• have a comprehensive general education and a specific interest in political topics,
• be enthusiastic about democracy and human rights
• be open to developing their personal points of view and practicing tolerance
• be highly motivated and able to convince us of their life goals.

2023 ONTARIO GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS (CANADA)

Application Process:

They have two scholarship applications:

• Our international selection process targets specific nations or regions each year. In 2021, our Peruvian branch will manage online interviews in Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, and Latin America. If you live in one of these countries, you can send your written application to the relevant KAS office. Check their website for the exact technique and recipient. You cannot apply for the 2021 international selection procedure if your country is not included.
• Our domestic selection program accepts scholarship applications from German residents. Fill out the application and upload papers online. Mailing materials will not be considered. The domestic application deadline is July 15.
