Jupiter Industries Limited, Ghana is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who lives in or is ready to move to Accra, Ghana, Africa. People who have worked in Africa or Ghana before will be given preference. There will also be an advantage for people who have sold automotive lubricants before. What you need to do:
- As a Sales and Marketing Manager, your main job will be to bring in new customers and make more money. This includes calling current and possible customers, finding new ones, doing sales and marketing “on the field,”
- Making sure that customers get their goods every day.
Make and keep relationships:
- As the face of our business, it’s up to you to make and keep good relationships with people.
- Understanding their needs, giving great customer service, and dealing with any problems or worries in a good way will be very important if you want to keep them coming back.
Do market research:
- It’s important to keep up with market trends and what your competitors are doing.
- By researching the market, you can find new business possibilities, come up with ways to beat your competitors and keep up with what customers want.
Loyalty: Be a good person.
Required skills:
- Has a history of being a good Sales and Marketing Manager in a tough sales workplace.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are needed to get people to buy and stay with you.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Able to build and keep healthy working relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of how to do market studies and gather information.
- It would be best if you had experience selling automotive lubricants in Africa.
- Willing to move to Ghana. The company will take care of the lodging.
