Job Title: Planning Analyst
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Firstly, Developing plans to improve processes such as customer service, information flow, or training
- Secondly, Managing projects by developing budgets and timelines for completion
- Thirdly, Monitoring the performance of plans and recommending any changes that may be needed
- Moreover, Conducting research on available technologies related to the industry or company’s needs
- Additionally, Creating reports on findings based on statistical data analysis
- Then, Managing staff members who work under them, including hiring and firing of employees as needed
- Also, Analyzing data and making recommendations based on findings
- Afterwards, Reviewing information and providing feedback to management regarding efficiency improvements
- Finally, Presenting findings to upper management
Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in engineering relevant to aircraft engineering & maintenance.
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License.
- 2 years of experience in Maintenance Planning & Control or Maintenance Control Centre (MCC).
