Job Title: Digital Executive
Company Description
Publicis West Africa (PWA) is a regional hub that is very important. English, French, and Portuguese are the major languages that the agency works in. There are also a number of local dialects in the shops where we work. But it’s important to know that all communication within the Publicis network offices, both in person and via email, is done in English.
The person in this job will be in charge of the agency’s finances in Ghana. They should keep an eye on the big picture to make sure the money is used in the best way possible. Their acts have a direct effect on the agency’s income, growth, and reputation.
Job Description
- Plan and run all digital marketing, including marketing database, Search, Influencers, social, display, and video ads.
- Create and show clients and partners integrated communication plans, digital strategies, and plans for how to carry them out.
- Make interesting material like blog posts, social media posts, and videos.
- Manage online groups on the web and social media and help them grow.
- Check how well digital marketing efforts are doing and make a report on them.
- Find trends and insights, and then use those to improve spending and performance.
- Think of new and creative ways to grow.
- Work with your own teams, companies, and partners to make digital solutions like landing pages, augmented reality filters, and bots, and to improve the user experience.
- Use your strong analytical skills to look at the whole customer experience across all mediums and points of contact.

Requirements:
- Proven 5–8 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar position.
- Working understanding of marketing principles, media, technology, consumer trends, and behavior.
- Excellent knowledge of the ideas and best practices of digital marketing
- Experience with Google Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media
- Knowing how to use web tracking tools like Google tracking, Data Studio, etc., is important.
- Skills and experience in coming up with original content
- Analytical thinking and thinking critically
- Good skills with both Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good at talking to people and getting along with them.
- BSc/BA in marketing or related field
