Lumina Travel and Tours (“Lumina”) is an Independent Travel Agency that specializes in customized travel and tourist management.

Summary of the role

We are looking for Travel Consultants who have completed certified ticketing courses or IATA/ UFTA Diploma, Degree in Tourism, or other certified courses with competency in your guiding/ ground handling (tour operations) and at least one year of experience with an IATA-approved agency or airline within the last four years.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Good social media management abilities are required.
• Good presentation abilities are required.
• A candidate who has a driver’s license has an edge.
• Candidates with a large social media following are preferred.
• Experience with visa and immigration rules is a huge plus.
• Client management skills are required.
• remote queries shortly after Weekends and work hours
• A background in sales and marketing is advantageous.
