La Community Bank LTD is looking for qualified people to fill the following positions: Sales and Marketing Officers
Duties and Obligations
- Raise awareness of the bank’s products and services
- Make sure personal sales goals are met
- Keep in touch with customers by visiting them regularly, learning about their needs, and predicting new marketing opportunities
- Put marketing plans into action
- Plan and attend marketing activities or events
- Raise awareness of the bank’s brand
Needed Qualifications and Experience
- At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field from a recognized university and at least three years of experience as a marketing officer or similar position, preferably in a financial institution.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
- Good knowledge of credit management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
- Excellent organizational and very good interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
