Eastland Micro-Credit Enterprise is hiring a Loan Officer
DUTIES
- Firstly, Will be responsible for overall activities of groups’ formation.
- Secondly, Must oversees 3 to 4 groups per day, 5 days of the week and collects weekly cash collaterals and installments
- Thirdly, Must collect weekly security deposit from the organized groups
- Moreover, Must prepare a half yearly plan for loan disbursement to groups members
- Additionally, Must disburse loans following the set rules and regulations of the company
- Then, Will be responsible for the collection of installment from loan disbursed on weekly basis
- Also, Must complete a loan application form before loan disbursement, daily realizable and realized information sheet must be completed
- Finally, Must develop techniques to collect all default loan or late payment to reduce overdue loan
Qualification Required & Experience
- Good communication skills
- Minimum Qualification: HND or Degree
Location: Accra
