Job Description
- Check the copy for accuracy, format, and spelling.
- Verifies data in tables and lists with those who created it.
- Maintains hard copy and electronic files.
- Types of correspondence and reports.
- Backs up computer data.
- Corrects word processing, typesetting, desktop publishing, and graphics program output for accuracy.
- Verifies computer runs on personal computers.
- Operates office equipment, such as a facsimile machine, calculator, rubber stamp machine, or label maker to address envelopes or run-off forms. Works in well-lit, clean, and nicely ventilated spaces with an abundance of natural light.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or degree
- 1–2 years of work experience
- Computer literacy, good typing speed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a confidential environment.
Location: Accra.
Job Description
- Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing transactions, office supplies, and customer information while assuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and resolving irregularities.
- Packaging cash and rolling coins for storage in drawers or the bank vault.
- Maintaining a clean, organized work environment with a professional appearance.
- Handling currencies, transactions, and confidential information responsibly.
- Using software to track firm data and provide reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or degree.
- Two years of job experience.
- Excellent time management, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Basic mathematical and computer skills.
- A high standard of accountability, efficiency, and correctness.
- Professional look and respectful demeanour.
