POSITION: Secretary

Your Mission
You will take responsibility for managing document preparation and data entry with high accuracy. Your role includes taking minutes during meetings and preparing clear records, handling confidential information appropriately, managing correspondence and emails, answering phone calls professionally, supporting simple financial or invoicing tasks, and performing varied administrative duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Document Preparation
- You will prepare letters, reports, and other documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Formatting, proofreading, and ensuring consistency.
Minute Taking
- You will take minutes during meetings and prepare clear, actionable records.
- Distributing minutes to attendees and tracking action items.
Communication
- You will handle correspondence and emails, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Answering phone calls professionally and routing callers correctly.
Data Entry
- You will perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining databases and records.
- Catching errors before they affect reporting.
Confidential Information
- You will handle confidential information appropriately, never disclosing sensitive data.
- Maintaining discretion with employee or company records.
Financial Support
- You will support simple financial or invoicing tasks, such as tracking expenses or preparing basic invoices.
- Assisting with petty cash reconciliation if needed.
General Administration

What You Bring to the Role
Qualifications & Experience
- Formal secondary education. A relevant secretarial or administrative qualification is desirable.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clerical, secretarial, or office support role preferred.
