Data Entry Officer at Capital Investment Limited
Job Description
- Put in customer and account details by typing in text and numbers from source documents within the time limit.
- Gather source data, make sure it’s correct, and sort it by priority to get it ready for computer entry.
- Check data for gaps or mistakes, fix any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
- Do the research and get more information for documents that aren’t full.
- Use techniques and processes for data programs
- Make reports, save finished work in the right places, and do backups.
- Scan files and print them when necessary
Needed Qualifications and Experience
- Familiarity with administrative tasks
- Experience using office tools like a fax machine and scanner
- Fast and accurate typing
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- HND
