Savana Signatures is a Ghanaian For-Impact NGO that is a leader in the innovative use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to design and deliver inclusive, scalable social interventions in the areas of Inclusive Quality Education, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Livelihood, and Economic Development.
We are experts at planning and carrying out Community Development interventions, with a focus on improving the quality of educational results. This is based on a strong understanding of our collaborative training and community-driven approaches. Our goal is to bring about positive change among girls, women, young people, and the most vulnerable people in Ghana by coming up with new ways to help them get a good education and improve their skills.

Job Summary
The Project Officer is in charge of putting the project into action and making sure everything runs smoothly. He or she will help plan the activities of the ASBC project and manage their execution with project stakeholders, experts, and partners.
Specific Minimum Requirements
At least a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, ideally in Social Change Communication, Public Health, Social Science, Community Development, or Management Information Systems.

2. Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Manager
Summary of the Job
The main job of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) manager will be to make sure that the organization’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MERL) tasks happen every day. She or he will be in charge of all MERL activities, give expert guidance and support to the project team, and make sure that the results of program activities, data harmonization, and data visualization are all reported correctly.
Qualifications, training, and experience at a basic level
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in biostatistics, population studies, information studies, or any other related science field. A Master’s degree will be a added benefit.
- At least 5 years of experience getting tasks like monitoring, evaluating, researching, and learning to work.
- Experience with getting results and doing research.

3. Programme Manager – Education
Savana Signatures is looking for a qualified woman to fill the post of Education Programme Manager. This person will be in charge of running our education programs on a day-to-day basis. We’re looking for a woman who has a lot of experience teaching, both in a classroom and in the community. She must be an experienced practitioner with the creativity and teaching skills to improve educational tools and programs on her own, as well as the knowledge to make changes in their communities that will last and make them better.
Qualifications
- At least a master’s degree in a related area, such as Community Development, Education, Non-Profit Management, Development Education, etc.
- Education-focused program management experience that can be shown to be useful.
- Ability to make good working ties with high-level government officials and Ghana Education Service staff
- At least 5 years of experience running schools
