Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transactions, such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Conduct frequent, thorough audits to guarantee precision in financial records, spending, and investments.
- Predict income and expenditures
- Create budgets that satisfy the needs of various company department
- Develop and deliver financial reports for conferences and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to oversee, allocate funds, predict, and communicate the company’s financial condition.
- Create regular financial reports for management, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Aid in tax audits and tax filings.
- Supervise internal and external audits to guarantee adherence
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Having experience in an accounting position is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Skills in managing time
- HND, diploma, or professional certification
Responsibilities
- Noting down discussions in meetings, converting audio recordings from meetings into text, or summarizing key points in official written minutes.
- Carrying out administrative duties like organizing files and responding to phone calls.
- Submitting documents like invoices or expense claims
- Organizing meetings and managing calendars to guarantee that meetings occur at the correct time and place.
- Compiling information from various sources and conducting research to prepare reports and other documents for managers by gathering data.
- Organizing meetings, arranging travel plans, and managing various administrative support tasks for executives in the organization.
- Managing job applications and evaluating candidates’ qualifications prior to arranging interviews with supervisors or managers.
- Assisting in all areas of office management, such as procuring supplies, overseeing inventory, and arranging equipment repairs.
- Engaging with customers to address inquiries regarding the company’s products or services.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Capability to manage sensitive information with careful consideration
- Outstanding skills in organization and time management.
- Attentive to details and proficient in task prioritization
- Minimum HND
- At least 2 years of experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software
