1 . OFFICE ASSISTANT / DISPATCH CLERK
- To maintain and create a functional filing system that would facilitate updating and retrieving files.
- Send out formal letters and bills, and keep logbooks for supervisor inspection.
- It is your responsibility to dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and clean the equipment, as well as to replace all cleaning supplies
