AECI Mining Explosives invites job applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals for the following positions:
1 . MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN
- To make plans and assign the right amount of people for all electrical work, and to keep electrical systems up and running to meet production needs.
- To make sure there are enough critical electrical and electronic spare parts in stock to support maintenance activities.
- To oversee the installation of improvements and major upgrades to electrical systems, subsystems, and units, making sure that they always meet company standards and safe working practices.

2 . MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – MECHANICAL
- To keep accurate records of extra parts on-site at all times so they can be found quickly, and to make sure all paperwork, like inspection sheets, work orders, and signatures, is done correctly.
- To make sure that the stock of spare parts is above the minimum amount and to re-order them when they run out.
- To work with the manager to find qualified outside help when contractual jobs on-site call for it.
