POSITION: Filling Station Supervisor
Role summary
The gas station manager is in charge of all the station’s stocks, assets, and cash. Meeting sales goals and following rules; keeping the place safe with good security methods.
Job Description
- Work with the Area Manager to hire, find, and train people for the gas station.
- Assign, plan, and keep an eye on what the gas station staff is doing.
- At the gas station, you should always have good ties with your customers.
- Come up with and run plans to get more people to use the gas station.
- Tell management what’s going on to improve service quality.
- Plan and report to management each day what is going on at the station.
- Make sure that all laws, business standards, and company rules are carefully followed.
- Keep track of goods and materials with inventory rules.
- Always take care of your home in a clean way.
- Get daily sales from pump workers, write and keep track of sales and drops, and put all sales into the company’s bank account.
- Take care of the small amount of cash and all the cash at the gas station.
- Run the right tests after getting permission from management to make sure the station runs smoothly.
- Quickly tell management about any technical problems through the area boss.
Note: Applicants must have at least two (2) guarantors who will be held responsible for any damage the employee does. The person who agrees to be a guarantor must have a job and be able to pay for any losses caused by the application.
Needed Qualifications and Experience
- Must be at least 30 years old
- Minimum Qualification: HND/ Diploma in any field.
- Entry-level experience.
- Two years of experience.
- Able to use computers
